Articles for the blog, videos and other media for social, and the latest job listings are all brought together into a one stop shop for members of our email lists. As members of our mailing lists, these are typically previous applicants or people on the fence about whether to apply to AT&T or not. Converting them into current applicants is essential to filling the client’s hiring needs. Content is selected based on different careers, like retail or sales, and showcase the latest opportunities and exciting facts about the culture to excite the readers and push them towards clicking “apply.”

B2B Sales Email Campaign

Salespeople were a major need for the client and a robust campaign was needed to help hit their goal for applications. For this email campaign, we targeted an audience who had expressed an interest in sales. The first article in the campaign is about an unlikely career path to illustrate that anyone can succeed in sales. The second article focuses on a top performer and underscores the ability to make big money - especially important to the sales audience. The third article is all about providing tips to help them get the most out of sales.

The application process for internships is lengthy, sometimes starting a year ahead of the internship’s start date. In that time, students were feeling left out of the loop with too few communications between applying and finding out if they were accepted. To solve that problem, we created this behind the scenes email campaign to provide transparency into the timeline, share information about the program they’ve applied to, and keep readers excited about the chance to work at AT&T throughout the entire process.
