AT&T makes a minimum of 3 organic posts per week on their recruiting channels in addition to paid advertising campaigns. This organic social campaign looks at all things AT&T, not just specific careers like ad campaigns. Each channel has a slight different focus and KPIs, but they all relate back to two guiding messages. Purpose: focusing on thought leadership, company goals, and on-the-job experiences. Culture: focusing on company benefits, growth opportunities, and the real employee experience.

Leaders of our Atlanta, Chattanooga, and Knoxville retail teams recently gathered to talk strategy. Their plans included strengthening partnerships in the community and leading sales. To achieve their goals and create the best retail experience involves excellent customer service. Director of Retail Sales, Octavia Evans laid out some core points for providing a great customer experience:

- Personalize each interaction. Learn our customer's names.
- Stay up on training and be knowledgeable about all products and services.
- Keep it simple, make communications clear, and check for understanding.
- Take ownership and strive to provide solutions.
